The Peruvian born dynamo’s salon in Sarasota, Florida has become an essential stop on the itineraries of everyone from young trendy Hollywood actresses and world-weary executives to glamorous socialites on the go and hot surfer boys enroute to the sea. Ana is a master hair stylist and makeup artist with over thirty years’ experience and has worked with some of the best beauty professionals in the world.
Ana Molinari has nurtured an entrepreneurial spirit for business since moving to the United States in 1971, where she began her career training with Paul Mitchell. Prior to that, she studied at Helena Rubinstein Cosmetology School. She came into her own at Garfinkel’s Salon in Washington, D.C. before heading what turned out to be a caravan of top stylists to the less than funky wilds of Florida. Her maverick instincts proved right, and she was instrumental in shaping the state’s image as a film, modeling, and beauty hotspot.
Her Lemon avenue salon is in a brand new location, nestled in the heart of historically acclaimed downtown Sarasota. Her salon boasts an uncompromising team of stylists that specialize in all hair, skin, nails, and bodies. Also within Ana Molinari's salon is an eclectic boutique; a must stop shop offering the most exclusive looks.
In addition to styling countless magazine covers, her work has been seen on many famous actors, musicians, and models. She has been involved in music videos, television, and film. Including work on reality shows such as Breaking Amish and Siesta Key. You can also see her work in the film Great Expectations, the local ABC news anchors, and the Sarasota Film Festival. She has studied at Toni & Guy Advanced Cutting, Jingles Advanced Cutting, and L’Oreal Advanced Color School.
She was awarded the Gold Scissor Award and the L’Oreal Color Award. In Florida, she is actively involved in the community where she sponsors charities and donates her time to those with major illnesses. Ever-evolving, Ana Molinari still continues to direct the world of beauty even after thirty years in the business.
On Palm Avenue also sits Sarasota’s premier modeling and talent agency, Molinari Models and Talent. With a world-renowned photographer, a team of internationally trained makeup artists, and a manager who has been in the industry for decades, Molinari Models and Talent is the most elite agency in Sarasota and its surrounding communities. Providing, organizing, and instructing talent for nearly every major event in Sarasota, Ana Molinari and her staff are the ones to turn to for the best talent.
Ana’s long-time love for all things vintage combined with her artistry, have also led her to design a line of custom hats. Styles range from sophisticated to swanky, preppy to chic, vintage glamour to nautical beachside. Upon request, Ana can create any style hat desired. Her hats have been commissioned for a number of artistic, entertainment, and runway events.

Frederique Chauveau-McCrary

Frederique McCrary began her career as a hair artist 20 years ago in France. Being in the beauty industry from the day she was born, at six years old she knew what her career would be. She began her education during her seven years with Jacques Dessange in Paris. Frederique later certified as a L’oreal colorist as well. She moved to New York in 2000 to further her career and passion for editorial hair styling. In 2002, she came to Sarasota and met Ana Molinari and from that meeting she relocated to become Director of Ana Molinari Salon & Spa. Her artistic expertise is well known not only for her Bridal and Event hair but also can be found on-set styling for magazines such as Sarasota Magazine, SRQ magazine, Nuovo Brides and shooting ad campaigns and lookbooks such as Belks and David Donahue.

Jim first arrived at Ana Molinari Salons in 1993. Originally from Detroit, he was formally trained by Vidal Sassoon, Antenna salons of London, and the infamous Trevor Sorbie. He has had the profound privilege of providing services for some of the most recognizable and influential people in our community and throughout the country. His career spans nearly four decades and has taken him for Hollywood to Woodstock. His focus is providing excellent cutting and color services and is a master at correcting problems with both. In fact, his dedication to teamwork led him back to Ana Molinari after having owned Euduz Salon for over 25 years and he has never been happier.
Kristine Marcum

Kristine is originally from San Francisco and has been in the beauty industry for thirty-five years. She began working with Ana Molinari in 2000. Creating color is her specialty, having the opportunity to travel the county educating for L'Oreal Professional for over ten years. She earned the Educator of the Year two times from L'Oreal. Kristine is also a Bella Lash educator and lash extension artist.

Valerie came to Sarasota at 19 years old inspired to do hair near the most beautiful beach in America. Trained and taught by the Master stylist Merlin Gardner, Valarie has become a blonde specialist. She has been doing hair for over 30 years and uses a variety of incredible techniques. She recently joined Ana in her new salon and her charm and talent will brighten your day.

He was talented enough to start providing high quality makeup looks in prestigious salons outside of Philadelphia at the age of thirteen. His love for art took him through schooling where he Graduated #2 in America for Illustration at Ringling college of art and Design. In Sarasota, he Met Ana Molinari where is currently a Master Makeup Artist at her renowned Salon.

Her passion of meeting different people from around the world and making them feel and look beautiful is definitely her life's calling.

Petra began doing makeup over a decade ago, helping her fellow dancers/models achieve the perfect look required for stage and camera. Her makeup skills continued to develop when she moved to New York City and began doing professional makeup for ballroom dance competitions and editorial photo shoots. Her repertoire includes bridal, stage, natural and editorial makeup. She mixes those styles for creating a look that is elevated and eye catching but also subtle in nature. She has the unique understanding of camera and event makeup from her experiences of being in front and behind the camera.
